The Wonder League Robotics Competition: Coding is the new team sport for future tech leaders and innovators. Teams of kids ages 6-8, 9-11, and 12-14 will design solutions for real-world science and technology challenges by programming Dash and Cue. They will develop problem-solving and creativity skills while building meaningful relationships with their peers and having fun! Plus, they will display their scientific thinking through authentic journaling.

 

Wonder Workshop's growing network of coding and robotics teams uses our all-inclusive program to inspire an early love of coding, computer science, tangible learning, and STEAM education. Through a series of story-based missions, the teams develop problem-solving, growth mindset, and creativity skills while learning to code.

 

Innovator/Pioneer Cup Programs: It's never been more important to inspire tomorrow's inventors. Join the Wonder League Robotics Competition this year as we shine a spotlight on impactful inventions in Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-and-Math. Kids in the Innovator Cup (Ages 6-8), and Pioneer Cup (Ages 9-12) will be presented with exciting missions that are designed to spark creativity, encourage collaboration, and engage them in real-world problem solving.

 

Wonder Cup Program: Geared toward more experienced coders (Ages 13+), the Wonder Cup will test your hardware skills while teaching you how to augment Dash or Cue with additional physical sensors as well as Python code. If you have a desire to solve a single, open-ended challenge using Dash or Cue and custom hardware, this competition is for you. Participants will be working towards having Dash or Cue complete a line-following path in the fastest time possible. Using the additional components, students will engineer their attachments and compete to be the official Wonder Cup champion.
