Online Purchase Orders

We accept online Purchase Orders from schools, districts, and approved businesses.

To order:

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. At checkout, select “Purchase Order” as your payment method.
  3. Enter your official PO number and submit your order.
  4. Reply to the order confirmation e-mail with your singed Purchase Order (PO).
  5. We’ll process your order once we receive the signed PO.

Purchase Orders via Email or Mail

For your convenience, we also accept Purchase Orders via email or mail Please send your Purchase Orders to info@geyerinstructional.com. To ensure prompt shipping, it is essential that all POs contain the following information:

  • Complete billing and shipping addresses
  • Contact name, telephone number, and email address of the department or person responsible for payment
  • Appropriate shipping and handling fees (please refer to our website for details)
  • Geyer item numbers
