Discover the Deep Atmosphere Research Craft (DARC-1) - a unique and powerful scientific vessel designed to explore gas giants in the outer solar system. Developed by the Space Corps Science Division, the DARC-1 flying model rocket is built for entry and maneuvering within the dense atmospheres of Jupiter-type planets to conduct research and exploration.

With its lifting body characteristics, this multi-section crewed vessel is perfect for atmospheric flight in dense gases and can maintain station under turbulent conditions. Upon completion of its mission, the DARC-1 ignites and discards its aft booster section to break atmosphere and initiate its journey back to Earth. Built by Estes Industries, the DARC-1 flying model rocket is an expert build in the Space Corps fleet that requires a high level of skill to assemble.

The kit comes with all the necessary components, except for tools and construction and finishing supplies. Get your hands on the DARC-1 and take your love of model rocket building to the next level.
