The Estes Riptide Launch Set contains almost everything you need for hours of high flying fun! This shiny rocket is completely assembled by specially trained craftsman and is ultra aerodynamic and has totally awesome highly reflective blue chrome colored fins and nose cone.
The Riptide stands 18 inches tall. When launched on our standard engines, it can reach heights over 650 feet and returns smoothly on a colorful 12 inch preassembled parachute.

The Riptide rocket assembles in just minutes and requires Estes engines for the launch. Start with B4-4 engine for the first flight. Then, proceed with B6-4 for subsequent launches.
This set can reach cloud topping heights of 675 ft. (206 m) on Estes C6-5 engine using the Estes launch pad and launch controller. With all the parts you need for your launch included, just add the engines and you'll be ready for the launch site in less than an hour. Requirements for this Ready-To-Fly (RTF) Riptide Launch Set, which are sold separately, includes –
