The Estes model rocket revolutionized the world of space exploration when Vern Estes designed the first complete kit, the Astron Scout™, back in 1961. But before the Astron Scout took flight, Vern Estes created the never-before-seen prototype called the Orange Bullet.

The Orange Bullet rocket, which used metal weights to shift the CG, sold tens of thousands of kits over its long lifetime, inspiring countless young people to pursue technical careers. Sixty years later, Bill Stine, the current Estes Vice President and G. Harry Stine's son, decided it was time for the Orange Bullet to take flight once again.

The Orange Bullet is Estes' first rocket in the Designer Signature Series and the first complete kit ever designed by Vern Estes. Get your hands on the iconic Orange Bullet and launch yourself into the world of space exploration!
