Skip Counting by 6 multiplication activities mat

This mat is for factors of 6.  Each block contains the numeral, word and the equivalent number of symbols for multi-dimensional learning.

Builds basic multiplication skills
Facilitates learning more advanced math concepts
Designed to provide additional physical exercise while learning the multiples.
The more times a child skip counts the faster the patterns become established in a child's brain.
Learning to skip count can be considered the ABC's of math. Learning to read is facilitated when children know the alphabet.

Suggested activity:

Have students stand on each multiple of six on the mat.  A volunteer calls out “Who is standing on 6×3”?  “Who is standing on 6×9”?  The student who is standing on the answer shouts out their product…18 !

Care Instructions:
Clean your mat as needed and remove any dirt with water and a mild detergent.  If food or drink is spilled, wipe up right away with a damp cloth or mop.
